Frodo is heart medicine in form. The name 'Frodo' comes from an old English name that means wise by experience. When you are in Frodo's presence you feel as though a life jacket is placed upon you, inviting you to fully surrender into the space with him. Despite his stocky size and strength, Frodo emanates safety and softness. His wise and aged eyes carry the stories of his past of not being cared for and being pushed past his comfort and capacity. Frodo is a highly intelligent and intuitive horse, resilient by nature and resourceful by experience. He shares with you his ability to communicate clearly and express his needs. He took it upon himself to find his way home with us, making sure that he would be somewhere that he could heal, rest, and return. After many years of being neglected, he was finally heard. Frodo's medicine is tender, present, slow, and delicate. He will stand with you for as long as you need, allowing you to be with him as you are. It took us time to land on Frodo's candle because his medicine is both obvious and not. While he cradles you with the warmth of his heart, an unexpected potency permeates through the layers and heals parts of us that we weren't even aware of. Frodo is a true shaman horse and he had no issue claiming his role and space in our herd and lives. If you feel his call, do not question it.

When your candle is lit, this is an open flame. Fire is considered to be alive and should be treated as such.
To avoid fire & injury, please remember to always abide by these instructions:
- Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable items, objects, vents, and streams of air. Keep away from children & pets.
- Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface.
- Stop use when only 1/4" wax remains. Never leave your candle unattended.

All of our products are imprinted with particular symbols that represent the horse and it's medicine.
The symbols on Frodo’s candle illustration are very intentional. The feather is there to represent his wisdom and also because I always feathers in his paddock (mostly owl feathers). Sometimes Frodo’s medicine lands on you like a feather would- weightless but unmistakable.
The oak leaves represent Frodo’s relationship with trees (he loves trees) and how they mirror him. When you stand with Frodo you feel safe and held. He will stand with you for as long as you need. You can lean against him and feel supported- just as you would a tree.

All products are made by Chloe, apart from the candles which are ritually poured by Steph Prism in Austin, TX (a co-creation between Chloe and Steph)
Do I need to be a witch or mystic to use these products?
You do not need to identify with any label in order to be who you are. These products are for whoever calls them and if you are here, looking at them- they have likely called out to you. There are always suggested ways for you to work with magical traditions AND I encourage you to also listen to your own intuition and create your own relationship with them
Do you guarantee results with your products?
All products are filled with so much magic and intention. The work is now up to you, in your hands.
You get what you put in. Just as there are no guarantees in life, there are no guarantees in magic. Sometimes, we get more than we ask for. Sometimes we get exactly what we ask for. Sometimes, we realise that what we ask for and what we want are a little different. Trust in the process.

Night Wing Goods is a small business and Chloe packages and ships all items personally on Mondays and Wednesdays, every week, unless otherwise stated or notified. We use standard shipping. Please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
